Privacy at Settle.

Information you provide

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. You may also choose to provide a public EVM-compatible wallet address. A wallet address is optional, and we will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.

We use this information to manage early access, prevent duplicate or automated signups, and send testnet invitations, launch information, and product updates.

Site and interaction data

Settle uses first-party analytics to understand aggregate site use, on-page engagement and the waitlist signup journey. This may include the page and named section viewed, approximate country, device category, referring website hostname, coarse scroll depth, visible-tab time, a small set of named interface interactions, funnel stage, time, and pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers.

The visitor identifier is created by applying a one-way keyed hash to network and browser information. Raw IP addresses and raw User-Agent strings are not written to the analytics files. Interaction events do not include click coordinates, session replays, or the email or wallet address entered in the form.

Live presence

While a public page is visible, the site may send an ephemeral heartbeat containing a random session identifier, current page, device category, and approximate country. Presence data is kept in server memory for about 90 seconds and is not written to disk.

Cookies and local storage

Settle does not use cookies for its first-party analytics. The site stores your light or dark theme choice in local storage and an ephemeral presence identifier in session storage.

External services

Your browser contacts Google Fonts to load the site typefaces and Binance to retrieve live crypto market data. Those providers receive normal connection information, such as your IP address and browser request metadata, and handle it under their own privacy terms. Equity market data is requested by the Settle server from Hyperliquid.

Sharing and sale

Settle does not sell waitlist information. Information may be disclosed to infrastructure or communications providers when needed to operate the site and waitlist, or when required for security, legal compliance, or protection of rights.

Retention and security

Waitlist information is retained while it is needed to operate early access and communicate about Settle, unless deletion is requested or a longer period is required for legal or security reasons. Analytics information is retained for operational analysis and security and is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Access to waitlist and analytics information is restricted through protected administrative controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• You can join the waitlist without providing a wallet address.
• You can enable the browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to disable Settle’s first-party page, engagement, funnel, and presence analytics.
• You can ask to access, correct, or delete the waitlist information associated with your email.
• You can opt out of product emails using the instructions included in those messages when email delivery begins.
